New-build affordable housing construction project of 15 terraced houses
The perimeter of this Lewisham site abuts the rear gardens of the surrounding residential area with only one point of vehicular access. The £2.75 million development consists of two, three and four bedroom houses, all for affordable rent, organised into three blocks. The three structures were built within 14 months using traditional techniques and materials with contemporary detailing. Two of the properties are fully wheelchair-accessible with the remainder meeting the criteria of the Lifetime Homes standards.
